OmniPay, Inc. is a non-bank financial institution (NBFI) supervised by the Central Bank of the Philippines. OmniPay is the first non-bank financial institution in the Philippines granted an electronic money issuer license. OmniPay is the principal member of JCB anc UnionPay as issuer and acquirer. It is also the first Electronic Money Issuer Affiliate of BancNet, the Philippine ATM network. OmniPay is also the principal member of Discover Global Network as e-commerce acquirer for both Diners Club and Discover. OmniPay is a principal member of Eurogiro, the interpost payment system.
