HABNET CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (HCOC) is a network of current and aspiring business owners, investors and professionals. We are dedicated to promoting higher business standards and better business methods, supporting and promoting entrepreneurship, as well as fostering trade and commerce. HABNET connects entrepreneurs with needed resources to succeed. Since 2005 HABNET leaders have provided Financial Literacy/Business Education and Support Services to our members and the public. We offer programs and services such as: Minority Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) Certification Application Assistance; Young Entrepreneur Citizen Program (YECP); The Toussaint L’Ouverture Symposium & Small Business Expo; Job Readiness & Placement; Business and Non-Profit Formation Counseling; and Credit Repair Referral.
