Langweber Concierge Real Estate Services believes that real estate broker and agent education is one of the keys to insuring smooth residential and commercial real estate transactions. All real estate licensees in the State of New York are required to successfully complete 22.5 hours of approved continuing education. Each course offered is three credit hours (3.0), and is pre-approved for credit by the Department of State, Divison of Licensing Services.
