EREA primary lines of business include: • Dispositions of logistic or industrial assets and portfolios through coordination of the entire sales process from Offering Memorandum, RFP, Negotiation to Closure of Sale; • Acquisitions consulting for single asset or portfolios in the logistic and office sectors including identification, origination, due diligence, PSA negotiation and closing. • Site Selection of distribution centers, infill properties and office areas for lease or build-to-suit from project specification definition, process definition, identification of approved parties, RFP, bid equalization and final selection • Development and Property Services, including feasibility studies, auditing for acquisition, market intelligence, product formatting, approvals and construction management • Leasing and Marketing of existing projects by identifying competitive advantages, strategic capital investment requirements, evaluating potential leasing opportunities and targeting tenants • Renegotiation of existing leases or build-to-suit contracts considering analysis of in-place contracts, termination fees, upside potential, negotiation strategy and contract savings from landlord or tenant • Leasing Management and Asset Management
