Axia Construction Group was formed in 2004 by Edward Bushel to provide owner’s representative & construction management services to developers and owners and general contractor services on tenant improvement and tenant build-out projects. Ed has a Class A Contractor’s License in the City and County of Denver allowing him to build any size project. It is Axia’s goal to change how general contractors are perceived in the market. We price projects correct, promise realistic timelines and meet them, and we keep open communication with our clients. Working as an owner’s representative and general contractor we have experienced the frustration of the construction process from both sides of the table. We have seen that petty change orders only cause tension in a relationship and delay the project from an expedited completion. We understand the value of customer loyalty. Overall, we would like the construction process to be an enjoyable process for everyone involved.
