ComePlayDetroit is part of the CommunityNEXT initiative and was founded to create unique and active social experiences in Metro Detroit. The founders were tired of the same old song, "There is nothing fun to do in Detroit," so we are doing something about it! ComePlayDetroit (CPD) was founded to create active and social experiences in Detroit. In addition to organizing and operating intramural sports leagues, CPD hosts corporate events and partners with community organizations to activate, fundraise, and provide the PLAY in Live, Work & Play! CPD leagues and events provide an opportunity for young adults to achieve a dynamic lifestyle and become integrated with their community socially, professionally, and philanthropically.
