Current cultivations managed by Terra Chas include coconut, king coconut, cinnamon, ginger, short term fruit and vegetable crops and small scale high value timber with further expansion plans on the pipeline. Terra Chas already produces its own compost fertilizer on site and are committed to further invest in eco friendly, efficient and state of the art agri and water management practises into the future. The properties have vast potential to open up to guests and Terra Chas plans include providing ‘home stay’, ‘time share’ and ‘unique style’ type of boutique accommodation/ living experiences to discerning visitors. The company's management team is a highly professional, well credentialed group with a track record spanning the fields of nutrition, agriculture, food manufacturing, finance and operational management in Sri Lanka and Australia. The company believes in the importance of forming strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships where appropriate, a vital part of the growth strategy of the business. Terra Chas is also always exploring opportunities to form collaborations to create value add products from its agri produce for both export and domestic markets.
