The company was established in the year 2007 by two young, dynamic and energetic Civil Engineering professionals who had gained considerable experience and expertise over two decades in the construction arena of the UAE. The type of work handled by ACCORD includes the following: 1) Commercial & Residential buildings, 2) Infrastructure facilities, 3) Recreation facilities, 4) Construction in Remote Areas, 5) Steel Structures, 6) Government Projects, 7) Specialized fast track turnkey projects etc. ACCORD began its operation in the year 2007 by bagging a contract for Four Villas at Jumeira 3 with a built up around 48000 sq ft., worth over AED Sixteen Million. The project was executed to the entire satisfaction of the client in terms of quality, innovative skills, professionalism & timely completion of the works. This was followed by a number of projects entrusted to ACCORD by various other clients. These were successfully executed with the same commitment as in their maiden project.
