Established in 2006, our focus leaned into two category services, Business Development and Executive Search. Early on Executive Search drove a major portion of the company’s revenues. This deepened a strength we offer our clients in the Consulting Services area; not only are we a partner to our clients to develop and execute on their growth strategies, FF can uniquely fill the staffing needs to accommodate the growth they are looking for. Over time FF has expanded our consulting services into other areas including new Product Development, Manufacturing production and Executive Coaching.
