Isaacson & Arfman, Inc. was established in 1980. The principals of the firm, Fred Arfman and Åsa Nilsson-Weber, along with a seasoned engineering, technical and administrative staff have worked on more than 2,200 civil engineering projects over the past 38 years. The firm currently works with local, state and out-of-state architects, planners and developers on public and private grading, drainage, paving, and utility design work for sites of all sizes.
