Founded in 2004, Peace River Logging L.P. (PRLL) is a joint venture between Daishowa-Marubeni International Ltd. (DMI) and the Woodland Cree First Nation. We have the expertise, provide innovative solutions, and implement strategies supported by state of the art equipment and a solid production team coupled with a supportive and experienced management team. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with safe, efficient, and low maintenance harvesting, and chipping operations, which meet or exceed quality and production targets of our customers. PRLL employs approximately forty people and contractors to conduct harvesting, chipping, loading, hauling, road maintenance and road construction operations throughout Northwestern Alberta. We harvest approximately 500,000 cubic meters on an annual basis, including chips for the local pulp mill and the balance being saw logs for local sawmills.
