Corporate Leadership Center cultivates dynamic business leaders through our executive leadership programs – CEO Perspectives and Leading Women Executives. Combining real-world experiences with new perspectives and insights, Corporate Leadership Center builds participants’ leadership skills so they can propel their companies – and their careers – to the next level. Both programs are built on a framework of three, essential elements: - Nomination by the company CEO, ensuring a high-caliber peer network; - Interactive curriculum, featuring leading academics, business practitioners, and executive leaders; and - Ongoing alumni engagement resources and events to foster strategic networking and learning opportunities. Through these programs, companies fortify their leadership team with agile, strategic professionals who can navigate business challenges and opportunities; and participants gain new frameworks, professional insights and confidence to excel as highly effective leaders. Corporate Leadership Center was founded in 2002 by Sheila Penrose and Cheryl Francis.
