We are a non-profit organization helping Canadian businesses recruit foreign workers all while ensuring their integration and success. Thousands of jobs are currently vacant in Canada and businesses are finding it increasingly difficult to find qualified candidates. Simultaneously, thousands of people around the world dream of working and starting a new life in Canada. These people are qualified, experienced and able to do the job as well as any Canadian. However, because of our complex and restrictive immigration system, immigrating and working in Canada is easier said than done. We strongly believe that the solution to these two problems can be easily solved through mutual help. That’s why we created Careers Without Borders. We are a non profit organization that was created to address the labor shortage in Canada by removing the physical and social borders between Canadian businesses and skilled foreign workers. Our mission is to: - Diversify the Canadian workplace. - Facilitate the integration and success of foreign workers. - Simplify the hiring process for businesses and skilled workers by taking care of the entire process for all parties involved.
