Bachelor of Computer Application was started in 1999 by the RLS Institute with a mission to provide high quality Computer education to the students. The program aims to bridge the gap between the IT industries and the institutes by imparting in depth knowledge of cutting edge technologies and thus producing the most diverse talents to the students opting BCA. To supplement the knowledge of students and to bring them with the main channel Autonomous status was given to our college by NAAC and has started functioning from the academic year 2012-13. The BCA Degree Course is designed specifically to equip students with Computer Techniques & IT skills, by intensive and innovative teaching methods; the institution grooms its student to excel as future ITcians. The state-of-the-art Digital Vision computer laboratory and well qualified & experienced faculty mould the students successfully to place into the IT industry. The emphasis is on helping students learn the theory and apply it successfully in developing information systems. The basic purpose of the BCA Degree is to create a new breed of professionals trained in computer application to meet the organizational needs of the IT industry & provide a strong foundation in technical aspects of computer and their applications. The institute gives an insight into organizational analysis techniques for creatively designing business processes that improve performance and learning in work groups & imparts a basic understanding of concepts, strategies, tools, and advanced techniques of computer applications. Bachelor of Computer Application is designed to provide the skills related to the use of computer and its applications. Computer have changed our lives totally we hardly find any field in which computers are not used, whether it is Engineering/Medical/Research/Agriculture etc. The challenge, which presents a great opportunity for studies become part of the revolution in the field of IT industries.
