In other words, we genuinely know the business and enjoy working alongside management for a period, bringing our experience, perspective, and market knowledge to help them prepare to raise the capital they seek. We then source the optimal blend of equity and debt on the right terms and from the right investors, funds, and family offices for their business to grow. We do not typically work with start-ups but tend to work with established growth businesses seeking later stage investment from £1m and upwards.
