Moving Beyond started in January 2020. Our goal is to experiment with new approaches to DE&I in response to challenges in the ecosystem of operationalizing DE&I in and throughout the core work of organizations. We support organizations that embed diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of their organizations. Across all engagements, we aim to shift the organizational culture, policies, and adopt data-informed practices. Our uniquely cross-disciplinary approach brings together assessment, action learning, and coaching to drive strategy.
