The Foundation for Hair Restoration and Plastic Surgery (FHRPS) is a private practice with offices in Miami and NYC. Founded by Jeffrey Epstein, MD, FACS, a triple board certified facial plastic and hair restoration surgeon in 1994, the Foundation is also where Dr. Epstein's partner, Dr. Anthony Bared, specialize exclusively in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery from the neck on up. Both Drs. Epstein and Bared are recognized as being leaders in their field, teaching other doctors and treating patients from over 80 countries and all 50 United States. Nearly all procedures are performed in the office operating suites.
