Lesnick Prince & Pappas LLP is a boutique law firm based in Southern California specializing in commercial bankruptcy, financial restructuring, distressed transactions, business litigation and supplier/distributor relations. The firm was formed in August 2009 by Chris Prince and Matt Lesnick, former bankruptcy and commercial litigation partners at two of the nation’s largest law firms. They were joined in February 2012 by Mike Pappas a business litigator and trial lawyer, enhancing the depth and breadth of our services to clients.
