Three Stones International, an independent research, management and development firm invests time and attention to understand context, foster collaboration and relationships, and incorporate innovations with local solutions to provide the highest quality expertise and services. Operational since 2012, Three Stones was established in Rwanda, then Uganda to help support and build the capacity of local organizations. Since this time we have worked in over ten countries. To better reflect and support our growth and enable expansion into new markets and countries, in 2017, Three Stones International, LLC was registered in the United States as a minority-owned small-business. Three Stones has worked with over 40 donors, INGOs and local organization clients to conduct over 60 assessments, evaluations, and social research assignments and implementation activities and develop more than 30 strategic and action plans for local and international organizations. Three Stones creates a platform to partner with experienced change-agents with in-depth local knowledge and expertise. We specialize in three domains: Smart Development Evaluation, Assessment & Research Business Transformation & Capacity Building Three Stones leverages culturally appropriate contextual knowledge with applicable research methodologies for sustainable development outcomes, impact and data-driven process improvement and decisions. We identify and build positive relationships with beneficiaries, local institutions, the private sector and government institutions to enhance ownership, mobilize resources and sustain outcomes for the provision of tailored collaboration, learning and human-centered design services.
