In 1993 “Country Signs” was renamed as “Thunder & Neon Group” after an immense investment on state of the art technology by installing Neon plants and machinery from USA. Thus Thunder & Neon Group was established with the Vision of becoming the market leader in Sri Lankan signage industry and this was achieved by becoming the number ONE signage company in Sri Lanka. With the rapid expansion within the Signage industry, Thunder & Neon further expanded into retail operations with an island-wide branch network by establishing Thunder & Neon Marketing in the year 2000. In order to provide facilitation to Sri Lankan media industry, “Thunder Vision” a production house, was established in 2003. Thunder & Neon Group entered into agricultural industry by establishing Agro Lanka Organic Solutions in 2011 by diversifying the business in the agricultural sector. In 2016, BEAM Corporation was established by leveraging market opportunities in to technological automation.
