Sheridan Construction Began as Chris R. Sheridan & Co., a family owned business in 1947. We now are owned by the employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. We provide a complete range of commercial and industrial construction services within the State of Georgia. Negotiated work represents 85% of our volume, most of which is with repeat customers. The principals of the firm are registered Engineers and a significant portion of our work is design-build projects. Sheridan Construction has done all types of work including new and renovation work for educational, financial, medical, religious, retail, wholesale and industrial clients. The company operates primarily in the State of Georgia. As stated above, we are an employee-owned company; each employee is motivated to serve the customer’s needs and every customer works directly with an owner. Our goal is to make our client happy.
