The Toronto Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is one of the largest and most active TMA chapters, with 350+ members and 10+ local networking, educational and charitable events annually. Our membership is comprised of lawyers, licensed trustees in bankruptcy, bankers, distressed investors, financial advisors and other restructuring and turnaround professionals of all ages - from experienced practitioners to up-and-coming leaders in the field. The TMA is the leading global organization dedicated to turnaround management, corporate restructuring, and distressed investing. Established in 1988, TMA has more than 9,000 members in 52 chapters worldwide, including 32 in North America.
