Our all-encompassing subacute rehab program in Brooklyn includes individualized physical, occupational and speech therapy for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, stroke or cardiac and pulmonary conditions. To restore mobility and to help residents attain the highest possible level of independence – therapy is offered 7 days a week. Our caring and professional staff members treat every individual with dignity and compassion, and do their utmost to respect the religious needs of all residents. Family members are fully engaged in their loved one’s treatment plan, and are welcome to drop in at all times. In the warm embrace of The Heritage rehab facility, one is a dynamic part of the community in a real and palpable way. While on the the road to recovery, residents enjoy gourmet Glatt Kosher cuisine, daily Shiurim, visits from local Yeshiva and Bais Yaakov students, and an array of stimulating programs and activities.
