Royal Health Care Institute is a state-approved healthcare training school created in 2020 to meet the growing need of Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aides in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Clinics, Group Homes, Assisted Living Centers, etc. With more than 20 years of experience in the Health Care and Health Care Training, we provide instruction, a simulation Lab, and hands-on experience in the classroom, or lab, and clinical setting on the basic nursing assistant skills required to work in a variety of health care settings. Nurse Aide Training and Home Health Aide Program A Certified Nurse Aide is a vital member of the health care team. Nurses Aides are involved in a wide range of responsibilities involved in the care of patients in healthcare settings. The nurse Aide performs other functions in addition to their primary function of assisting a registered nurse. They communicate effectively with the resident, observe resident responses to treatment, care for the resident’s safety and environment, and report changes to the licensed nurse. They provide personal care and comfort measures. Certified Nurse Aides assist the residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
