SportsMedicineHub is a public facing multimedia platform. It was founded by Justin and Fiona who bring together their years of experience as a doctor and a physiotherapist. Both have worked extensively in areas of high performance, elite sport, military and civilian medicine. We aim to cover topical issues within a variety of sports. Content will be varied and include topics such as; optimising your training, nutritional advice, injury prevention and management strategies. We draw on the vast knowledge and experience of doctors, physios, nutritionists, coaches, personal trainers and athletes to educate, learn, protect and promote health.
