The Ottawa City Woodshop is a 3,500 square foot community woodshop in downtown Ottawa. Inspired by Ottawa's history as a lumber town, the shop explores and rediscovers much of the city's industrial past and heritage in woodworking through its work. The shop offers membership, an extensive variety of courses, and some of the region's most talented woodworkers to take on custom projects. It's staffed by a team of devoted and qualified volunteers who ensure the space is safe, inspiring and accessible for all.
