The Regional Business Assistance Center (RBAC) is a consulting company that provides marketing and informational services, delivers training courses in marketing and management for entrepreneurs, consulting services in development, promotion and implementation of investment projects. RBAC is the leader in production of presentational, informational and training products on CDs and DVDs, development of electronic showcases of enterprise production in the Internet, and creation of marketing and management distance learning systems. In its early days, RBAC operated as a part of the Small and Medium Business Support Network NEWBIZNET under the technical assistance project funded by USAID and implemented by Development Alternatives, Inc. During that time the Center provided the entrepreneurs of Kharkiv region with more than 6,000 consulting, informational and training services. RBAC also offers high-end multimedia presentations, catalogues and education systems. All products include robust animation, multimedia interactivity, and vast amount of textual, visual and audio information. In addition to multiple corporate presentations, RBAC develops and produces multimedia presentations and catalogues about Ukraine, economic potential of its regions, businesses, products and services, investment proposals and innovative projects.
