In addition to her time in the office, she has been teaching and training in the fitness arena for many years, and teaching Yoga and stress management for over 10 years. She has taught over 1000 hours of Yoga classes and completed over 700 hours of Yoga teacher training and is accredited by the Yoga Alliance. She is also on the faculty of Yoga Teacher training programs in Austin. Lisa and her teachers bring the best of Eastern and Western sensibilities in a blend of experience helps promote both healthy bottom lines and healthy employees.
