Parabuild Solutions Ltd. (PS) are suppliers of a Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) housing system, designed and engineered in the UK for volume manufacture in China. Delivered direct to Client site is a kit of parts, each item pre-qualified and cut to size ready for rapid erection. This hybrid approach incorporates all the benefits of offsite construction – factory quality, reduces the amount of skilled labour required and the amount of time spent on site and also reduces the amount of waste created; however, in contrast to conventional offsite methods there is a requirement for a semi-skilled onsite workforce – an opportunity to utilise local labour forces. PS are accredited by the Build Offsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS). The accreditation received validates the Light Gauge Steel Frame system ensuring the completed builds carry a 60 year Lloyds warranty and can be mortgaged. PS have an exclusive partnership agreement with CNBM, one of the largest suppliers of building materials in the world, to supply our light gauge steel frame structures to the UK market. The scale of CNBM, a Fortune 500 company, ensures that PS will always have the capacity, and materials, to fulfil client orders. Together with the BOPAS Process accreditation, this certainty of supply allows PS to consider any project size. We have a UK based tier 1 design team consisting of highly skilled and experienced individuals including Architects, Structural Engineers, Building Performance analysts, Health & Safety advisors and ‘off-site’ system build project managers. Additionally, PS have developed and pre-qualified a suite of components that integrate seamlessly with our designs; known as the PS Toolkit. This catalogue approach ensures that the specifications, structural design and finishes achieve British Standards and offer full CE/FSC accreditation. The PS Toolkit can greatly reduce the design, procurement and construction phases.
