Orange City Housing Finance Limited or OCHFL is a publicly held housing finance company based out of Nagpur under license from National Housing Bank (NHB), a fully owned subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India. OCHFL is one of the 55 odd HFC license holders across India and the only one in Central India (as of early 2011). We believe in providing best in class service and practice operational excellence. Our loan processing is much smoother and the processing times are much better than our competitors. At the same time, the NPA is almost zero.
