Viva Energy Services was formed in Odessa, Texas by private investors with many decades of oil and gas industry experience. Operations began in February 2006, after the purchase of ten 500 series Taylor Well Servicing Rigs. Since then, Viva has expanded its operations and currently has locations in Odessa and Andrews. Viva now operates 33 rigs in the Permian Basin and other regions in Texas and New Mexico. Along with well servicing rigs, Viva provides a wide inventory of fishing and rental tools, reverse circulating units, hot oilers, transport trucks, vacuum trucks, blow-out preventers (manual and hydraulic) and other oilfield equipment. Viva is well equipped to service and maintain all equipment to meet the needs of its customers. Viva Energy Services is staffed by qualified professional oil and gas well servicing personnel with many years of providing safe and efficient service to the top oil and gas operators in the area.
