High stake decisions are often very complex: huge option spaces, many uncertainties and constraints and often competing value drivers. Still too often we rely on time consuming, iterative and manual workflows and introduce various types of bias, or simply run out of time to complete the decision analysis. This leaves material value on the table. One of the latest AI developments, Game AI, mimics human ability to learn from experience and has become famous for achieving super human performance in sophisticated games such as Chess, Go and Poker. We use this Game AI to support domain experts and senior leaders to make radically better complex decisions. Our approach demonstrates that augmented decision making through Game AI can add significant business value and truly transform the ways of working, while humans remain in control.
