Our Mission: Facilitate stellar project performance through partnering principles and translational leadership. Team Partnering, LLC combines executive coaching, partnering principles and skilled facilitation to deliver exceptional project kick-off workshops that provide a foundation for award-winning performance. One of our capstone projects was the Mather Point renovation at the Grand Canyon, photo above is the dedication ceremony. It is designed and built to last a century or more. Our main client-base has been Departments of Transportation and Federal Highways Administration, serving State, Federal and First Nation projects. We've also done work for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense, Homeland Security, National Park Services, Port Authorities and other municipalities. The partnership was created in 2010 after nearly a decade of working together in Arizona on DOT projects and the retirement of Stephen Clarke, principal of Employee Involvement Systems, Inc.
