The Fitness Center is a locally owned one on one personal training center, that offers quality service in a friendly, safe environment. We offer strength, weight training, pre and post evaluations, nutritional evaluations and plans and cardio fitness. Each Client benefits from a program to meet their needs and goals. We've been serving our clients since 1994 and have many long term clients that benefit from our results-oriented program. Our goal at The Fitness Center is to provide each client with a proper environment to improve their fitness level. Our staff will design an individualized program and provide the motivation and professionalism to help you attain your goals.
