People have been oblivious to health for so long. And based on this indifference, each epidemic has come in the last century like the bite of a snake. It has taken away the precious lives of millions of people. It is high time now to understand the necessity to follow the hygiene rules to avoid these epidemics. Hygiene rules are those guidelines that are followed to safeguard the health and create a very sound practice to maintain a healthy regular life. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 'Health regulations are those rules and practices which help us to maintain good health and prevents disease transmission. With the spread of technology and increasing Health awareness, we all know about health hygiene in whole or in part, but everyone is negligent about compliance. Sometimes it is because of the lack of will, sometimes it is due to unconsciousness. The very small but the most impactful hygiene is to clean your hands regularly. For this determination, the Bangladesh Health and Hygiene Olympiad Committee has decided to organize an event of “Health and Hygiene Olympiad” under this slogan. The purpose of this event is to create awareness among the people of all walks of life and to create some new health fighters for the country. A small effort to make our plant healthy and clean.
