TechGroove is an innovation and technology conference/festival celebrating the work of inclusion advocates, media influencers, innovators, and ecosystem contributors. Through a series of curated panels, intimate sessions, and musical performance, we connect underrepresented students and urban professionals to career opportunities within tech-based companies that are focused on promoting workforce diversity and inclusivity. Our mission is to exponentially increase the number of students & technologists of color being recruited & retained by tech companies desiring a qualified, yet diverse workforce. We assist corporate companies focused on authentically engaging, supporting, and promoting the culture within their culture.
