enernovum is a company with headquarters in Cologne. It was founded in 2010 for the acquisition of already connected photovoltaic plants and the development of ground-mounted PV projects. In the following years, it was able to continuously expand its portfolio through its subsidiaries in Germany and sunny Italy. Today, its core competence lies in the development of "grid parity" PV projects - i.e. those that are economically viable without government subsidies. enernovum aims to use its expertise to help achieve climate targets and thus enable the energy transition. For some years now, the Austrian company Clean Capital Energy has been involved in further development as a key partner: For example, both PV experts founded the joint venture CCEN in Italy back in 2017 and the joint CCE Holding in 2021 with the aim of being a fully integrated Independent Power Producer (IPP) - i.e. an independent operator of solar power plants. As a result, the Group is now able to map all levels in the value chain, from project development to the construction of PV plants and their financing to energy sales.
