Water Transfer is the Company’s largest segment, and the Company’s assets are located in the most active parts of the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale. Breakwater’s Water Sourcing and Water Recycling segments are significant and have strong growth potential, underpinned by strategic relationships and proprietary processes.
