The goal of Property Solutions of Middle Tennessee owners, Blan Trollinger and Rick Cantrell, is to provide quality management and maintenance services to commercial and residential owner’s associations. With a combined 45 years of experience in all aspects of land development community management, home owners association management, landscape maintenance and metropolitan government land planning, we provide the associations we manage with the unique experience of expertise in all aspects of developing and maintaining a successful association and community. While working in the land development business in Middle Tennessee, we have developed over 3,000 lots in 25 communities in Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner and Williamson counties. We have overseen both residential and commercial communities from inception to completion. With those experiences comes expertise in everything from creating restrictive covenants to overseeing architectural review committees to construction and maintaining amenities and landscaping.
