River Stones is a private residential treatment program that treats boys ages 11-17 struggling with mental health issues. River Stones is located on two acres in Southern California in the quaint city of Redlands. For over two decades River Stones has effectively and efficiently delivered high quality mental health treatment to teens and their families with excellent results.
