“Chanakya Aanvikshiki” is a Research based organisation which works on training and mentoring Leaders in Corporate, Politics and Public Service. The company specialises in training Leaders in “Aanvikshiki - Strategic way of thinking", under the guidance of its Chief Mentor, Dr Radhakrishnan Pillai. With extensive research of over 25 years and over 100 experts on board across the globe, the organisation has brought out various principles of Leadership as taught by Chanakya in his writing of “Kautilya Arthashastra”. The organisation’s approach to Leadership development is very unique as it takes the path of philosophical creation and evolution based upon eternal Indian wisdom. This approach is an outcome of a major Research Project in the Department of Philosophy, University of Mumbai which was instituted in August 2010. The project was based on Chanakya’s writings in Kautilya Arthashastra, to create a model of Good Governance for application in Corporates, Politics and Governance in modern day. The successful out come of the project got Dr Radhakrishnan Pillai his PhD and was further given full time responsibility to set up and run a self Governing institute in the University of Mumbai known as “Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies”. This institute offers a first of its kind Masters course in Leadership Studies known as “MA in Leadership Sciences”.
