Willis to provide support services for construction or major projects that needed assistance in ensuring diversity was reflected in subcontracting and the delivery of services. It eventually specialized in providing consulting services to private and government agencies. In May 2013, it reorganized to become WW Associates Management & Consulting, LLC.
