Tree of Light was founded in 1986 to provide better educational tools and resources to distributors of Nature's Sunshine Products. The company currently sells books, courses, newsletters and other business building tools. It has helped many people grow their own Nature's Sunshine businesses with tools such as: • Sunshine Sharing, a monthly newsletter designed to promote awareness of natural health • The Certified Herbal Consulting Program, a series of eight courses that teach the principles of holistic natural healing, with concepts such as the ABC+D System and the Disease Tree. • The Comprehensive Guide to Natures Sunshine Products, a tome of over 400 pages detailing products, systems, conditions, therapies and properties all cross-referenced with an introduction to natural healing.
