We work primarily with Real Estate Agents to make their lives easier and save them up to 15 hours per transaction by handling everything related to the repair process. Realtors representing Buyers upload home inspection reports and within 24 hours we give them a FREE BID in the form of a negotiating tool. Then they cross off any repairs they don't want and with one click send a formal request to the Seller to make the repairs listed. When the Seller (and their agent) receive the request, they can then accept, reject, or offer a counter such as "Buyer to Contribute $X towards repairs at closing" We don't collect our fee upfront, instead its just a line item on the Buyer/Seller's Closing Statement based on what the parties agreed to. Our subcontractors have all been through a thorough vetting process to make sure they are licensed, insured, have good reviews, we call their references, and visit their job sites to ensure our high standards will be met.
