www.psec.org.nzPresbyterian Support East Coast (PSEC) is a not-for-profit at the forefront of supporting vulnerable children and their families, older people, and people living with a disability across Hawke's Bay and Tairāwhiti. For 75 years we have met growing local community needs through our two primary services; Family Works and Enliven. Family works Family Works specialises in the care and protection of children and young people, as well as their families, who may be facing situations of family violence, hardship, or abuse. We aim to make Aotearoa the best place in the world to grow up - a place where all children are safe and families are strong. Enliven Enliven has two key services, Enliven Older People and Enliven Disability. Our services empower and support clients to live and enjoy their lives as independently as possible and with respect, dignity, and choice. Services include practical in-home support, through to our day centre, and programmes that encourage physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Each year we deliver $13 million worth of vital services to all people throughout the East Coast community, regardless of age, background, or religious belief with the help of 220 staff and over 200 volunteers.
