DSCNE, based in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, provides services to families in Cavan, Monaghan, Louth, Meath & surrounding areas. DSCNE is run by a voluntary board of directors&parents of children with Down Syndrome. Our core ethos embraces Positivity- we strive to create a bright future where children and adults with Down Syndrome are given support to reach their full potential and live independent and fulfilling lives.
