Evergreen is a Spanish company which focuses on Project Management and Personal Productivity training and consultancy from an eclectic point of view. Our mission is ‘to improve the world through people and projects’. We work to improve our customers’ life, and we put them at the heart of everything we do. We believe that Project Management is a mean, but not an end, and we pride ourselves by maximizing it as a tool to get the best we can for those we work for. We are specialists in Project Management (PMBoK®, PRINCE2TM, Agile - Scrum and DSDM -, Lean, Kanban, etc.) and in personal productivity (GTD and Pomodoro technique). We bring change through our training sessions using business games, we believe in “learning by doing”. One of our most used games is Project Risk board, designed by Kay Ways. We aim to be the entry point into Spain, for companies all over the world. We are continuously looking for new and innovative ideas, products and experiences. Over the years we have worked with companies such as; Pablo Lledó project Management and Impala Risk in Argentina, QRP in Italy, and Successful Projects and Valueinnova in U.S.A. Following the same objective, we translate books, articles, etc. to try to make them more accessible. On the other hand, we want to put Spain in contact with other countries. It is following this line that, we work with organizations such as; Scrum Manager, (one of the biggest Agile communities in Spanish, with several thousand members).
