Texas Pioneer Foundation is a private, independent 501(c)(3) foundation. The foundation supports innovative educational programs in Texas for underserved and disadvantaged students that will improve the overall quality and results of education in Texas. The foundation does not accept unsolicited grant requests and seeks funding opportunities to support programs that are sustainable and build capacity.
