The Green Beret Project is an organization dedicated to empowering kids, cops, and communities to win the fight on the front lines of our inner cities. Since our recent inception of July 2016, the Green Beret Project, in partnership with the Dover Police Athletic League, the Delaware Department of Correction, the Dover Housing Authority, Capital School District, and many others, has passionately pursued a force multiplication strategy. This approach focuses on incentivizing, training, and empowering youth leaders in Dover, to better shape our community.
