HiLight reflects the City's commitment to increase equity by offering affordable, high-speed service for all, support schools and students, boost local businesses, protect net neutrality, and better connect and engage our community. The City will launch HiLight service for residents and businesses in South Hillsboro and the Shute Park neighborhood next winter, and will move on to light up additional areas of the community over the coming years.
